Reviews & Rankings

Be on the shortlists AI engines read

Reviews & Rankings puts your company on the shortlists AI engines read when they judge a brand's reputation: review platforms, comparison sites, directories, ranking lists, analysts, and awards. We engage the intermediaries the engines cite and name most in your market, supply them with content, and get your research referenced and cited on their sites. A paid ranking only ever sits beside an earned listing, and it is always disclosed as paid. We never use fake, bought, or incentivised reviews, and never review gating.

The intermediaries decide the shortlist

Asked to recommend a provider, an AI engine rarely starts from nothing. It reads the sites that have already compared the market: review platforms, comparison sites, directories, ranking lists, analyst reports, and awards. In consumer lending the engines lean on comparison sites such as Finder and Canstar, and every market has its own set. A company missing from those sources is missing from the shortlist they produce, however strong its own site.

Engaged one by one, in the order that counts

CRISP shows which intermediaries your market's engines cite and name most, and which of them leave you out. We work through that list in order: correct and complete your listings, brief the editors and analysts behind each ranking, supply the content and data they ask for, and get your research referenced and cited on their sites. Entries to the awards the engines treat as proof follow the same list.

A reviews programme, run honestly

Reviews count when there are enough of them, recently, from real customers. We set up a request flow that asks every genuine, verified client, not only the happy ones, on the platforms the engines read, and we answer every review, the critical ones first. We never write, buy, or reward reviews, and we never choose who is asked by how they are likely to rate you. Fake reviews and review gating are misleading conduct under the Australian Consumer Law.

Paid rankings, disclosed, beside earned ones

Some intermediaries sell placement. Where one is a proven citation source, a sponsored ranking can sit only beside an earned listing, always disclosed as sponsored. It never replaces the earned listing, because engines can give paid placement less weight, and readers trust what was earned.

  • A map of the review platforms, comparison sites, directories, rankings, analysts, and awards your market's engines cite
  • Every listing audited, corrected, and checked each quarter
  • Editor and analyst briefings for the rankings that leave you out
  • Content and data supplied to the intermediaries, and your research cited on their sites
  • An awards calendar of the programmes the engines treat as proof
  • A verified client reviews programme that asks every genuine customer and answers every review
  • Paid rankings only beside an earned listing, and always disclosed as paid
  • CRISP measurement of the intermediaries and the answers, before and after

The shortlist an engine builds, and the sites it builds it from

The shortlist: The handful of names an AI answer puts forward

  • Review platforms: Every genuine customer asked, every review answered
  • Comparison sites: Listed, complete, and current
  • Directories: Filed under the category you sell now
  • Ranking lists: Editors briefed, research supplied and cited
  • Analysts: Briefed on the reports the engines cite
  • Awards: The programmes the engines treat as proof
Asked to recommend a provider, an engine reads the sites that have already compared the market. Each is engaged in the order your market's answers cite it.

What Reviews & Rankings moves on CRISP

CRISP is Third Hemisphere's proprietary technology and methodology, built upon the most cutting edge global standards and research.

Reviews & Rankings moves Influence first, and also Reputation, Presence, and Consensus.

  1. Influence. Do trusted third parties back what is said about you? Moved first, two ways. Carriage: when an engine names you, it attaches a third-party source to that text, and the intermediaries it cites most are the ones carrying you. Breadth: more different third-party sites carry you, so the engine has more independent places to find you.
  2. Reputation. Do they speak in your favour? Current reviews and earned rankings give the engines reasons to recommend you rather than caution against you.
  3. Presence. Do they mention you when buyers don't name you? Every list, comparison, and directory you join is another source that can put your name in an answer.
  4. Consensus. Do the engines agree about you? When the same intermediaries carry you on every engine's reading list, the engines agree on putting you forward.

Where the work moves you on the Star Chart

The Star Chart places each company on two measures. Presence, across, is the share of answers that name it; Reputation, up, is whether the engines recommend it for its benefits or caution against it. Six cells name where it stands.

  • AI Famous: Named in 30 percent of answers or more, and recommended for its benefits more often than cautioned against.
  • Rising Star: Named in 15 to 29 percent of answers, and recommended for its benefits more often than cautioned against when it is.
  • Cult Favourite: Named in under 15 percent of answers, and recommended for its benefits in the answers that reach it.
  • AI Infamous: Named in 30 percent of answers or more, and cautioned against more often than recommended.
  • Bad Press: Named in 15 to 29 percent of answers, and cautioned against more often than recommended.
  • Off the Guest List: Named in under 15 percent of answers, and cautioned against more often than recommended when it is.
  1. Off the Guest List: Rarely named, and cautioned against when it is.
  2. Cult Favourite: Recommended by the few answers that reach it.
  3. Rising Star: Named more often, and still recommended.
  4. AI Famous: Named by default, and recommended for its benefits.

How we run Reviews & Rankings

  1. Map CRISP shows which intermediaries your market's engines cite and name most, and which of them leave you out. That list sets the order.
  2. Correct Every listing you already hold is made complete, current, and consistent, because a wrong listing is repeated as fact.
  3. Earn We brief the editors and analysts behind each ranking, supply the content and data they ask for, enter the awards that count, and get your research cited on their sites.
  4. Review A verified client reviews programme asks every genuine customer on the platforms the engines read, and every review is answered.
  5. Re-measure We ask the same questions again, so you see whether the shortlists, and the answers built from them, now include you.

Who this is for

  • Companies left off the comparison sites and rankings their buyers' AI answers lean on
  • Brands whose reviews are few, old, or answered by nobody
  • Challengers whose rivals hold the awards and analyst mentions the engines treat as proof
  • Companies listed with wrong or outdated details that the engines repeat

What this delivers

On the Shortlist

The intermediaries that build your market's shortlists carry you, so the answers built from them can name you.

Reviews That Count

Recent, genuine, answered reviews on the platforms the engines read give them a reason to recommend you.

Earned First, Always Disclosed

Every ranking is earned where it can be, and the few that are paid say so.

What does Reviews & Rankings cover?

The intermediaries AI engines cite and name most when they judge a brand's reputation in your market: review platforms, comparison sites, directories, ranking lists, analysts, and awards. We engage them, supply content, get your research referenced and cited on their sites, and run a reviews programme.

Which intermediaries matter in my market?

It depends on the market, which is why the work starts by measuring. In consumer lending the engines lean on comparison sites such as Finder and Canstar; in other markets it is tender portals, review platforms, or accreditation bodies. CRISP reads which ones your market's answers cite.

Which CRISP factors does Reviews & Rankings move?

Reviews & Rankings moves Influence first, and also Reputation, Presence, and Consensus. CRISP is Third Hemisphere's proprietary technology and methodology, built upon the most cutting edge global standards and research, and it scores how AI engines treat a company on five factors, so the movement is measured on the same questions before and after the work.

What does Reviews & Rankings never do?

We never write, buy, or reward reviews, and we never ask only the customers likely to be happy: fake reviews and review gating are misleading conduct under the Australian Consumer Law, which the ACCC prosecutes. A paid ranking is arranged only beside an earned listing, and it is always disclosed as paid.

How long before the engines notice?

Corrections to listings an engine already reads can show in its answers within weeks. Earning a place on a ranking or a comparison site takes longer, because each has its own cycle. Every programme re-measures on the same questions, so you see what moved.
