AI Authority Index™
Third Hemisphere™'s public measure of which companies AI engines name, recommend, and caution against when Australian buyers ask them for help. It is published one market at a time.
What it tells a buyer or a marketer
Buyers now ask AI assistants which company to choose before they search, and the answer often settles the shortlist. The Index shows, market by market, which companies those answers put forward, which they caution against, and which they leave out.
For a buyer, it is a read of what the engines are telling other buyers in the same market. For a marketer, it shows where a company stands in those answers beside its competitors, measured the same way for every company.
How an edition is made and published
Each edition asks a market's own buyer questions of five AI engines, reads every answer, and places each company the engines name. Companies named in 30 or more answers form the Leaderboard, each scored on all five CRISP™ factors and placed on the Star Chart™. Every other company named is listed Under the Radar, with the number of answers that named it.
No company can pay to be included or to be placed, and Third Hemisphere's clients are measured on the same instrument as everyone else. An edition passes the publication gate before it publishes, and it stands until the next edition of that market replaces it.
What moves a company's place
A company's place moves when the answers move. The engines answer from what is published about a company, so coverage in the sources they cite, a site they can read and quote, and a consistent public record are what change the next edition's reading. The CRISP methodology publishes how a run is collected and scored.
