A rebrand is an acute AI-visibility problem: every source AI engines cite referenced the old CloudWave name. Third Hemisphere saturated the indexed web with the new name through 259 pieces of global coverage and GDM placements on Reuters, HackerNoon, The AI Journal, and CEO Review, so AI engines learned the new identity fast.

The Challenge

NeonNow, formerly CloudWave, rebranded in April 2026. A rebrand is an acute AI-visibility problem: every AI engine's training data and citable sources referenced the old name. Left alone, AI-generated answers keep recommending a company that no longer exists under that name.

Our Strategy

Third Hemisphere ran the rebrand announcement wide and deep so the new name saturated the sources AI engines cite: a CRN Australia exclusive followed by global distribution.

The Execution

A sustained GDM programme placed NeonNow's expertise in high-authority technology media under the new brand, while broadcast and opinion placements kept executives visible through the transition, including TickerTV and The Canberra Times.

The Results

259 pieces of global coverage carried the rebrand, and the NeonNow IQ product announcement was amplified across 256 global news sites, seeding the new name across the indexed web. GDM placements ran on Reuters, HackerNoon, The AI Journal, and CEO Review, and broadcast and opinion placements kept executives visible through the transition.
