The Challenge
Entrepreneurship and workforce development across the South Pacific faced structural gaps in policy alignment, education pathways, and labour market integration. Governments and institutions required coordinated strategies to support job creation, economic diversification, and youth employment, while balancing regional complexity and varying levels of economic maturity.
Our Strategy
Third Hemisphere provided strategic advisory across entrepreneurship, labour, and education policy, working directly with government ministers, regional bodies, and institutional stakeholders. The approach focused on developing practical policy frameworks, embedding entrepreneurship within education systems, and aligning public, academic, and community actors to support sustainable economic development across Fiji and the broader South Pacific.
The Results
The engagement strengthened policy alignment across multiple countries and elevated entrepreneurship as a priority within regional economic agendas. Education frameworks were introduced to support long-term skills development, while cross-sector collaboration improved coordination between government, labour, and community stakeholders. The work contributed to a more structured foundation for job creation and inclusive economic growth across the region.
