The challenge was to unify diverse international perspectives into clear, actionable policy recommendations that could be adopted at the G20 level and drive meaningful outcomes across multiple economies.
Our Strategy
Third Hemisphere played a strategic advisory role within the B20 SME Development Taskforce, working across business leaders, policymakers, and international institutions. The approach focused on developing cohesive, cross-border policy frameworks addressing financing, digital transformation, and market access, while aligning stakeholder priorities to ensure recommendations were relevant, practical, and globally scalable.
The Results
SME-focused policy recommendations were incorporated into G20 frameworks and submitted directly to global leaders.
