DigitalX Case Study

ASX-listed PR & IR for Digital Assets

Situation

DigitalX is the world’s only ASX-listed digital assets fund manager. As they prepared to launch the world’s first ASX-listed Bitcoin ETF, they needed to execute a global roadshow and PR strategy. However, the company lacked a comprehensive Investor Relations (IR) and Public Relations (PR) approach to ensure their global impact.

Third Hemisphere’s brief was to secure consistent media coverage, offer strategic advisory services, and support capital-raising efforts across multiple regions.

Action

We conducted in-depth market research and analysis to identify key investment opportunities, informing our capital-raising strategy. We crafted compelling investor communications to clearly convey DigitalX’s value proposition to global audiences.

Simultaneously, we pitched tailored stories to tier-1 media across Australia, Asia, and international markets, strategically positioning DigitalX as a pioneer in digital assets. Our focus was on emphasizing its unique role as the world’s only ASX-listed fund manager in this sector.

In parallel, we organized and executed a successful non-deal roadshow in Singapore. By leveraging our network and working closely with local partners, we attracted high-calibre investors and key stakeholders.

We also ensured consistent engagement with the investment community through regular ASX updates, bolstering trust and maintaining visibility for DigitalX during critical periods.

Results

DigitalX gained significant recognition as a leading ASX-listed digital assets fund manager. Our media efforts resulted in multiple high-profile features, including coverage in Ausbiz, Investor Daily, and Finder, solidifying its reputation in both mainstream and niche investment circles.

The non-deal roadshow was a major success, generating positive feedback from investors and sparking ongoing conversations. Our strategic PR and IR efforts positioned DigitalX as an industry leader, and the Bitcoin ETF announcement was prominently covered in the Australian Financial Review, The Sydney Morning Herald, and CoinTelegraph.

Despite a slowdown in media activity following the initial ETF launch, DigitalX maintained its presence and leadership in the digital asset space, contributing valuable insights on Bitcoin’s role in volatile markets.
