Hannah is our specialist author, editor, and social justice advocate, in charge of thought leadership for clients and Third Hemisphere.
She has 20 years’ experience across the gamut of communications disciplines, and has authored and placed hundreds of editorials for clients in Tier-1 media. This has included ghostwriting at the Australian Financial Review, and turning clients into official AFR Columnists. She is also a columnist at Stockhead and The Australian, and regularly contributes to Women’s Agenda.
Hannah holds a Bachelor of Commerce (USYD & Università Bocconi), a Masters of Strategic Public Relations (USYD), and a Diploma of Investor Relations (AIRA).
Jeremy heads business development and strategy for Third Hemisphere as our capital markets, growth, climate, finance, and technology specialist.
He is a founding partner of climate tech investment & advisory firm, SDGx, has invested in 25+ tech & climate startups and multiple venture funds, and was President for Australia at the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance. He also spoke at TedX, authored the book "From Idea to Startup", and has worked extensively with the UN including co-authoring the G20 & UN White paper on youth entrepreneurship and participating in the formation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Business (Monash) and a Graduate Diploma of Finance (Griffith).
Karen Lawson is the Commercial Director at Third Hemisphere, focusing on digital and startup growth. She launched Peloton in Australia, managing operations and partnerships amid lockdowns, and previously led Spotify Australia & NZ, introducing successful podcasting formats.
As MD of Slingshot, Karen grew it into Australia's top corporate accelerator and founded CoVentured, a SaaS platform linking corporates and startups. Her transformation of CareerOne into a leading digital business earned it a spot in BRW’s Top 50 Most Innovative Companies.
Karen serves on the boards of The Save The Children Fund Investment Committee and SDGx.io, supporting VC investments aligned with the UN SDGs. A noted media commentator and UN ambassador for Women’s Entrepreneurship Day, she’s also a food journalist and avid runner.
Erika Rutledge is an Account Director at Third Hemisphere, a specialist tech, finance, and climate PR & investment agency for innovators, leaders, and investors who are changing the world.
Erika has been at the helm of issues-rich PR engagements for the past decade, working on game-changing campaigns for big-name brands such as ANZ, News Corp, AirBnB, Nestle, and the Victorian Premier. This has included launching The Australian’s inaugural Green Power Player’s 100 List, facilitating ANZ’s TikTok debut, launching a 158-megawatt solar wind farm as part of Victoria’s Renewable Energy Target, and leading the campaign that secured the Prince Charles Hospital Foundation three years’ worth of medical research set to revolutionise intensive care units globally.
Erika first cut her teeth in the fast-paced world of media by producing for 7 News Queensland, where she copy-edited stories for the 4pm and 6pm news bulletins. She then transitioned into public relations, after producing live broadcast coverage for the G20 in 2014, landing a national exclusive on Putin’s unexpected departure. Her hustle, expertise, and strong media relationships have helped her clients achieve national and global media coverage consistently and beyond expectations. But it is her personable nature that makes achieving these results enjoyable for all involved!

Lindsey Salas is an Account Director at Third Hemisphere, a specialist tech, finance, and climate PR & investment agency for innovators, leaders, and investors who are changing the world.
Lindsey brings over 12 years’ experience spearheading public relations and strategic corporate communications across the US and APAC for globally and nationally-renowned brands such as GoDaddy, Hertz, Ferro Roche, Jaguar, Land Rover Ranger, Alcon, Ikea, and more.
Lindsey began her career in New York City, where she worked with startups across technology, enterprise, and consumer sectors. She was instrumental in announcing fundraising rounds and IPOs, securing top-tier coverage that positioned these companies as leaders in their industries.
Since relocating to Australia in 2019, Lindsey has continued working in the tech, corporate and consumer sectors while also expanding her expertise into government and the charity industries.
Her expertise encompasses corporate and sustainability public relations, notably serving as the lead for corporate communications at Audika Australia, where she crafted strategies to effectively engage key stakeholders and raise the business profile. At Ferrero Rocher, she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s corporate and sustainability PR initiatives. While leading GoDaddy's PR efforts, she spearheaded media campaigns across tech, business and trade press as well as leading their communication rebranding approach.
She is a highly skilled media writer and editor with a strong background in media relations and project management.
Glen is Third Hemisphere’s award-winning branding genius, having created 300+ brand identities globally, including the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, The City of London, The Country of Estonia, FairTrade, Sony Playstation, AMEX Black Card, Toyota, Barclays, Telstra Belong, ANZ, AFL, Crown, and Origin.

He is the founder of Genius.Agency and Startup Innovation Consultants and has recently shifted his focus towards helping over 50 startup founders design and grow their brands, and build out a suite of critical marketing assets such as Investor Decks, IMs, websites, and more.
Jonathan counsels Third Hemisphere’s leadership team on strategy, operations, HR, and client management, to ensure sustainable growth and quality client delivery.
He is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with 25 years’ experience and multiple exits as CEO, Chairman, board member and advisor, leading multiple high-growth businesses from startup to scale and sale. He specialises in business strategy and growth execution across a wide range of sectors including tech, financial services, communications, investor and public relations agencies, and digital publishing.
Jonathan was the co-founder and seed investor of digital publishing business Stockhead, which grew into Australia’s largest ASX news site during a five-year period before Jonathan achieved an exit when it was acquired by News Corp in 2022. He was also founder and Chairman of specialised investor and media relations agency Media & Capital Partners, and founder of communications and proxy solicitation firm Radar Group.
Operations Coordinator
KC Igna is the glue that holds it all together at Third Hemisphere, using her extensive experience as an Executive Assistant to ensure client and internal operations are running as smoothly as clockwork.
Prior to joining Third Hemisphere, KC was an Executive Assistant at Athena, a digital agency specialising in recruiting and training high quality executive assistants. She is also a property manager with a portfolio of over 10 residential units.
KC holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from the University of Santo Tomas (Philippines).
Account Executive
Milanny brings a wealth of experience in creating story-led campaigns across the Philippines and Southeast Asia. With over a decade in public relations, her expertise includes roles such as Account Manager at Ogilvy, where she handled strategic communication initiatives, and as Communications Manager at TELUS International Philippines, leading both internal and external communication efforts.
Milanny’s skill set spans corporate communications, integrated marketing, influencer strategy, social media, and crisis management—experience that will support our clients at Third Hemisphere as she adapts to the Australian market.
Outside work, Milanny channels her creativity into cooking, revisiting classic Netflix series, and keeping active.
Account Executive
Czieloh Villajin brings expertise in government relations and brand communications to her role at Third Hemisphere, a PR & investment agency specializing in tech, finance, and climate. With a background spanning energy, housing, Web3, and FMCG, she has held key roles at ALPAS Consultancy, The EON Group, and McCann Worldgroup Philippines, where she developed skills in strategic communications and stakeholder management.
A dedicated public servant, Czieloh also serves on the boards of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines and YMCA of Manila. Outside work, she enjoys surfing, traveling, and spending time with her cats.

Leyla is an Account Executive at Third Hemisphere, with a particular flair and passion for the written word.
She has eight years’ experience as a digital-savvy content author, editor, and manager, with a particular passion for transforming complex technical ideas into engaging B2B and media narratives. Her true joy lies in crafting and refining long-form content that captivates and educates, fostering meaningful connections between businesses and their audiences.
Leyla’s writing expertise covers a wide variety of forms and commercial objectives, including developing diversified website content to boost traffic and retention rates, community and influencer management, integrated and cost-effective digital strategies, social media copywriting for SEO and SEM purposes, and more. She has created and continuously iterated content calendars for dozens of companies, and produced hundreds of whitepapers, case studies, long-form editorials, blogs, media collateral, and more across the US, UK, Kenya, and Australia.
Leyla’s sheer love of writing means that no subject matter is ever too complex, and no commercial challenge is insurmountable. Her current passion is to tell and amplify the success stories of the pioneers shaping our world.
