The Class of One led a PR program announcing the 129Knots-GLDB maritime financing partnership, with Third Hemisphere driving targeted media across finance, tech and maritime outlets.

The Challenge

The Class of One, a unique online school designed for students unable to physically attend school, was facing a major challenge: low brand recognition and an extremely competitive EdTech landscape. The goal was to raise awareness, build trust in this new educational format, and generate quality leads in a market filled with established players, all while improving cost-efficiency.

Our Strategy

Third Hemisphere’s strategy included a focused ad campaign that aimed to boost engagement while optimizing cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-click (CPC). The approach targeted increasing visibility by building trust and leveraging high-performing ad formats. We utilized data-driven insights to segment audiences, refined messaging to resonate with potential customers, and continuously optimized ads to ensure maximum efficiency across platforms.

The Results

The campaign resulted in an 80% increase in click-through rates (CTR), indicating significantly higher engagement. CPL was reduced by 45%, dropping from $15 to $7 per lead. CPC also decreased by 20%, optimizing the ad spend even amidst stiff competition. Lead volume doubled, increasing from 300-400 to 700-900 leads per month, significantly boosting The Class of One’s presence in the competitive online education space.
